RESOLUTION NO. R2019-3

A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING CITY FEE INCREASES; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

NOW THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEZPERCE, IDAHO, TO WIT:

In accordance with Chapter 4 of the revised and compiled code or ordinance of the City of Nezperce, Section 3-4, RATES, the following rates are hereby established:

Sewer Services 3% Increase Current Rate Proposed Rate
Single family residences and churches $ 46.55 per month $ 47.95 per month

Multi-family units shall pay per unit $ 46.55 per month $ 47.95 per month

Small businesses $ 55.62 per month $ 57.29 per month

Medium Businesses $ 63.22 per month $ 65.12 per month

Large Businesses $ 70.82 per month $ 72.94 per month

High Volume Businesses $ 100.56 per month $ 103.58 per month

Sanitation Services Current Rate Proposed Rate
Single family residences and churches $ 20.37 per month $ 21.31 per month

Commercial tote accounts $ 29.31 per month $ 30.66 per month

Commercial Container Rates will increase by 4.6%.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, This resolution shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
