A Resolution Establishing a City Fee; and Providing an Effective Date

            NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEZPERCE, IDAHO, TO WIT:

In accordance with Chapter 3 of the revised and compiled code or ordinance of the City of Nezperce, Section 304-305, RATES, the following rate is hereby established with effective May 13, 2021:

Dog License Fees Unneutered Dog, current rate $0.00; New Rate $35.00 per year.

Therefore be it resolved, this resolution shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
