The Nezperce Community Library will kick off its Summer Reading Program on Friday, June 14th at 5 p.m. Participants will learn about the program theme, create passports and learn how to earn prizes. Brian Webster of Bell Equipment will be grilling burgers, and the Friends of the Nezperce Community Library will provide chips, Popsicles and drinks.
Every Monday from June 10th through Aug. 26th, the library will host Storytime at 11 a.m. and a STEM project at 3:30 p.m. After Prairie Days weekend in July, the rest of the July STEM projects will be drop-in programs available throughout the day.
On Wednesdays, the library will host Crafternoons, which include a craft project and refreshments, at 3:15 p.m.
On the fourth Wednesday of every month, Jr. Gardeners is held at the library at 3:30 p.m.
On Fridays from June 21st through Aug. 16th, the library will hold its Summer Reading Program. The End-of-Summer Reading Program Celebration is set for Aug. 16th at 5 p.m.
