City of Nezperce residents can now pay their water, sewer and garbage bills online via the new payment portal.
To register for the new portal, you’ll need your Web ID, which is on your bill. On the postcards, your Web ID is above your name. On the emailed bills, it’s in the bottom right of the bill. Or you can obtain your Web ID by calling 208-937-1021 or visiting 606 Maple Street. You will need to come up with a password. If you have trouble with creating your password, contact City Hall.
Then, via the new portal, you can pay monthly or opt for auto pay. There is a small fee for paying online.
You can still pay by check or cash, but please sign up for the online portal to receive information about water shut offs or other emergency notifications from the City.
Those who register for the payment portal will be entered into a drawing for a $100 Visa gift card. You can also be entered in the drawing by opting for email billing.
